The pool area is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy drinks. Parking can be tricky, especially during busy times. Great dining options and friendly staff add to the experience.

Pool area is awesome with cabanas and a lively atmosphere. My room smelled musty and was quite small, which wasn't ideal.

A perfect spot for a relaxed getaway! The pool area with cabanas was fantastic, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. Encountered friendly staff who seemed genuinely happy, enhancing the laid-back vibe. a strong musty smell lingered upon entering, hinting at the building's age. Parking was a minor hassle, too; finding a spot was manageable, but the dirt lot felt less than ideal. Small rooms, and a bit more cleaning wouldn’t hurt, yet it all added to a charming character. I’ll return for more relaxing poolside moments with drinks in hand!

I had an amazing time exploring St Petersburg since everything was within walking distance, with downtown shops, the Dali Museum, and beautiful Vinoy Park all just a short stroll away, making it super easy to soak in the artistic vibe of the city and enjoy some peaceful park time, and the hotel offered clean rooms and a lovely pool area as well, but the air conditioning in my room was a bit noisy.

The room was charming, combining modern decor with historical elements. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful night despite the noise from the AC unit. Temperature control worked well, keeping the space cool during the heat outside. the air quality felt a bit stale, and lighting was somewhat dark, limiting visibility. The complimentary water from reception was a nice touch. A quiet room was provided upon request, which significantly improved the experience. a pleasant stay with room for minor improvements in atmosphere and soundproofing.

The staff treats you like family. Room amenities like a fridge and microwave were super helpful for our leftovers!
It wasn’t cheap, but it’s worth the cost for a stress-free stay.

The bar area is a gem with quirky photos and a craft beer selection that’s on point. The staff is super friendly and the pool area is stunning at night.
New staff training slowed things down a tad.

Finding a decent parking spot was a total headache. I really wish they had valet service; it would have made things so much easier. After all that trouble, the room I got was uncomfortable, especially the bed.

The moment I walked in, I was in love with the decor that beautifully combined modern vibes with rich history! Our king room was a cozy oasis, super clean and totally quiet, even with the pool party happening outside. The Tap Room on site had delicious food and the friendliest service – it made our anniversary trip truly special!
recommend ❤️😊

The Hollander Hotel impresses with its beautiful refurbished design and inviting pool area. The staff proved to be extremely accommodating, promptly providing a shower bench upon request. While the shampoo bottles were smaller than preferred, the attentive service and great location made for a delightful experience.

Our family had a fantastic time visiting the Tropicana Field just a short distance from the hotel. The atmosphere at the Rays' baseball home was electric, making it a memorable experience for us all.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly amenities on-site.

Charming historical building with modern decor. Excellent location, easy access to the Loop trolley. Staff stood out—friendly and proactive. Pool area is fantastic; we enjoyed evening swims and relaxing on the shaded porch. The bar is great for breakfast, though service could improve. Rooms are cozy but need better maintenance. Air conditioning was noisy, and the bathroom was tight. Unfortunately, coffee pot had hair inside. Breakfast service faltered on the second day. Attention needed for consistency in cleaning. A full-length mirror would enhance room utility, especially for special occasions. Minor issues aside, this place is worth revisiting—an overall pleasant experience. Would recommend with a few adjustments.

Enjoyed sipping cocktails at the poolside bar with an eclectic ambiance. The Grouper sandwich at the restaurant was a delight. The spa offered nice relaxation.
I surely had an opera night experience with the thin walls! .

Close to Tropicana Field for the Rays games and an epic nightlife scene. The receptionists were chill and the room had mad vibes. The cafe and spot were clutch, and the free water saved us. A dope place for a young squad looking for a lit weekend!
Could use a rad rooftop bar for more turn-up vibes.

Absolutely loved the vintage decor and welcoming staff. The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll from the waterfront and pier. The bright yellow doors added a charming touch to the overall ambiance. Plus, the evening happy hour by the pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring the city.
Our ground-floor room had a tiny bathroom and noise from the bar kept us up early. The door didn't fit properly, making the noise worse.

we had a lovely stay at hollander hotel - downtown. the room was super clean and the staff were warm and welcoming. there's a free shuttle service within a 10-mile radius, and the location is great for walking to nearby attractions. the hotel has a nostalgic and personalized feel, and the lobby is charming. the front desk staff were especially helpful and accommodating, placing us on the top floor. we enjoyed the Sunday brunch buffet and the option for vegetarian and healthy choices at the bar. overall, a great experience.
Was all great 😊

The location was super convenient, with tons of great restaurants, parks, and the pier within walking distance. Loved the on-site restaurant and poolside Tiki bar – the food was top-notch! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary water bottles at the front desk were a nice touch.
The rooms were a bit small and could use some updates, especially the AC units. Parking was a bit of a challenge, and some areas of the building had a musty smell.

The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space for relaxation. I appreciated the attention to detail with amenities like free bottled water and free parking, which added convenience to my stay. there were a few areas that could be improved upon. The air conditioning in the room was noisy and struggled to circulate the air effectively, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. the bathroom was quite small, and the shower provided inconsistent water temperature, which was not ideal. The pool area was lovely, but the strict security measures at the pool entrance, including bag searches and restrictions on outside food and drinks, felt a bit excessive. I also found the pool food to be subpar, with bland guacamole and jarred salsa. the Hollander provided a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks that could be addressed.

I chose the Hollander Hotel - Downtown for its proximity to the Museum of Fine Arts, and I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive staff. The Common Grounds Coffee Shop and Tap House Restaurant and Bar offer an eclectic and lively atmosphere, with a beautiful pool and comfortable terrace seating. The area sights, including the Dali Museum, create a vibrant setting.
Small, outdated rooms. Walls are thin.

My stay at this recently remodeled hotel was one of the best I've had in a long while. The pool area and Sunday pool party were fantastic additions. The rooms were beautifully appointed and the bed was extremely comfortable. What really made this hotel stand out was the attentive and friendly staff. Every single staff member was excellent and always went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I will definitely be returning whenever I visit St. Petersburg.
Bathroom was too small for my boyfriend's size.
Excellent
